Snow at the Padres Mesa and the surrounding has been lacking in the recent years but this year the ranch saw a good foot or so. Although the moisture is quite welcome the low temperatures produce new challenges such has braking water troughs. Low temperatures are also hard on vehicles, equipment, people and animals. Are you a rancher on New Lands or the surrounding area? What has been your experience with the recent snow storm?
